Refund Policy – SplashDigital

SplashDigital provides digital services, subscriptions, wallet-based features, and credit-based systems. By using our platform, you agree to the refund conditions outlined below.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Refunds are only issued in cases where the service fails due to an internal system error or technical fault caused by SplashDigital.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

  • A service fails to be delivered due to a system or technical error on our platform.
  • A confirmed payment is deducted without providing the intended service.
  • A verified internal malfunction prevents service execution.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • User errors (incorrect URLs, usernames, data, uploads, or instructions).
  • Fully or partially used digital services.
  • Used credits, expired credits, or subscription benefits.
  • Wallet balance used for completed or attempted services.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure caused by third-party platforms beyond our control.

4. Wallet & Balance Refunds

  • Wallet top-ups are refundable only if unused and upon admin approval.
  • Withdrawal requests may incur bank or processing fees, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Wallet withdrawals are processed manually after verification.

5. Subscriptions & Credits

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.
  • Monthly or plan-based credits expire as defined by the service and do not roll over.
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund
